Here is some important information about our pool tile cleaning process. We start the process by placing your pool equipment in the “Service Mode”.

To thoroughly clean your pool tile, we lower the water level two to three inches, just enough to expose the affected tile. Using our specialized equipment, we begin the safe and gentle removal of the calcium buildup.

Our equipment uses low air pressure and a blasting media known as Kieserite to remove the calcium buildup. Kieserite is PH neutral, as well as pet and plant safe.

Once the pool tiles have been cleaned, our pool tile cleaning technician will vacuum your pools floor and walls using our equipment to remove any excess cleaning media and calcium debris.

At this point if you are home we will start refilling your pool. If you are not when you return home all you’ll need to do is refill your pool and turn the pool controls back to on to resume your pools normal operating schedule.

Your pool may look a little cloudy immediately following the cleaning process but should clear up within 3-4 hours of normal operation.

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
